BluStar Return Policy

At BluStar, we strive to accurately describe every item we sell and want you to shop with confidence.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery or pickup for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition and include all original parts, accessories, and packaging (when applicable).
  • Items must not show signs of use, installation, or damage after receipt.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or are significantly different from the product description:

  • Open-box and clearance items sold "as-is"
  • Seasonal merchandise after the applicable holiday
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers are encouraged to inspect all local pickup items before leaving. Once a pickup order has been accepted and removed from our location, returns are subject to the standard return policy above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or not as described.
